I really wanted a K6 - however with funds not going anywhere for the time being I picked up 2003 636 - I loved my old one, so had no problems going back to another one.
Decals are not for all, But I like them. I have removed the rear seat decals for now, the Kawasaki on the tank is going and also the nose cone bunch at some point.
Feels good to ride again Thumbs Up

Looks nice.

I saw some car driver with a sticker saying something along the lines of tailgater's are pric*s. Without the star.

And the police gave him a fine and forced him to remove it, because it "offended" people. Rolling Eyes

I wonder what they'll say about "FUCK" being on the side of a bike. Shifty

Or does it say "FUCH"? Hard to tell due to the position the photo was taken at.

Yes I had the 98 R1 for a little over a year.....
To be honest, the R1 was a lovely bike once i got it re-sprayed - The power was emmence but I got bored of sitting in 1/2/3 gear to and from work - I pushed it a few times, and wasnt worth loosing my licence over Laughing
I like a bike I can work the gears, and the 636 is sound for me Thumbs Up
What makes me smile about this bike is you can pootle along at 5-6k revs - give it some more, 7-8k revs and its at the peak - With the R1, I was doing silly speeds to hit that point of smily face.
