Country Antrim Meets. Lonely biker and bike.lol

Tis i. Anyone know of any meets or days out in and around the Belfast area or general Co. Antrim area? My bike sits at the door most of the time because none of my friends are into bikes. Only time i go out is when i go out on my own or if i actually have to go somewhere for some reason. I aint into going nuts around country roads and stuff. Just a good days riding with a couple of dudes. That doesn't sound right does it.lol. Or girls. People in general

Yeah im from larne i've a few mates that are into bikes, were in belfast are you?

I've not been out with them for a while now with the weather in all but we normally organise a run up to portrush along the coast probaly get one in before the weather gets really bad, so if your up for it, we'll porbaly do another as soon as we can before sucky weather puts everyone off.

Sounds good Spiral. I live in Glencairn, just over the hill from Glengormly close to the Crumlin road. Like i said, i aint into going crazy around country roads. I only have an RS125. I went down to Bishops Court to watch some racing last weekend with a few guys i use to work with. One has an R6 and the other a Suzuki 600. A few times they buggared off and left me and i wasn't exactly sure where i was going. Luckly there was loads of bikes going the same direction so i just tagged along

I have a wee AR125 and doing my test next month though I'm not into speeding too much after nearly losing my license yesterday.

Where do you usually ride The Dude? I go along there sometimes up by the horseshoe and Ballyutoag Rd down to Ballysillian, fast roads but with a fair amount of decent corners.

Sometimes i'll just go around the horse shoe and head towards nutts corner roundabout and back again. Or maybe on to antrim if i feel up to it. Like i said, i don't really get out much because i hate pissin about on my own. I took a spin up the Antrim coast at sun down a few months ago. That was nice

Nuttscorner has some quality bits of road on it, take the Loanends turn off at nuttscorner roundabout and head towards Templepatrick it's good gear.

I must check that out. Never taken that turning before
I headed down to RR Motorcycles in Warrenpoint yesterday to pick up a new jacket. 115 miles there and back on an RS125
I was totally wrecked when i got home. I think i fell asleep at 8:30pm, which was ok because i woke up at 5:30am to watch the MotoGP in Australia. Rossie strikes again

I'm a spotty irresponsible 17 year old. Do you have your R plates yet or still taking lessons? I have a test booked for the 29th of next month fingers crossed.

I have those new invisible L plates on my bike.lol. Haven't taken any lessons as yet. Wanna get it sorted soon though so i can get a CBR600rr.

I have to display a front one now after a run in with Mr Plod, but it's behind the smoked screen so not so obvious. My tests at the end of next month then all being well I'll get myself a wee 400 or GPZ500 depending on insurance
