I chopped my 2008 blade in for the new S1000. I do miss her at times though.

I actually AM looking at a Blade as my next bike (after nearly 3 months comparing litre bikes), but not looking to buy just yet. Got only 1 year NCB, 1 year bike license and 3 points so insurance will feel like being raped by an elephant. Other than that if in good nick seems like a fair deal.

Yeh she's spotless. Think they command a bit more being in the HRC colours too. Be interesting to see how much you're quoted.

Pop round and have a go if you like, see what you think to them - it'll be a lot more heavy on the wrist than the cat and might be a bit uncomfortable for the mileage you do.
