I think he was gently poking fun at you by telling you how to go faster. The art of high speed moped riding is to use the brakes as little as possible. Sticking your arse in the air makes you more streamlined.

Try putting your left hand behind your back! Good for another 3mph on the straight. Wink Laughing

How many people are in this area?

Surely a meet could be arranged, sounds like most of us are learners so having 125's/peds whizzing about will be a laugh. Can head out towards Brands-Hatch and go outwards from there? Perhpas a thought for when weather gets nicer again Very Happy

zens and 3d? are they hip/trendy places? I belive they are. something and Parrott does rock nights on Thursday's (apparently), thats along Bexleyheath.

If your going round that one way system be careful as your coming up towards B&Q/Pizza Hut etc. I've known many people who come down that hill(leads to Crayford) and to get into the little car park area/centre of Dartford jink right then left (ie against traffic) at high speed! Thumbs Down

Theres a nice VFR in NWK college now though Smile
