Any recommendations? Could use one with a strap which goes around the tank as well though.
Thanks

I have a two-level tank-bag which was fine on my CB500 but is absolutely useless on the VFR because you cannot see any of the dashboard so it is very much horses for courses. Having said that I have a Nelson-Rigg tank-bag that is extremely well made and expandable so there is room for lightweight waterproofs as well as side pockets for a spare visor/sunglasses and locks etc. The map pocket on the top just takes an A4 map.

The one i use all the time is a cheapy from Lidl. Does the job, cost about £10. You just have to keep an eye out for them though, i'm guessing you know what Lidl is like.

Ditto, branded as B-Square when I got mine, no idea what they're calling them now. I've even remove the pack-a-mac style waterproof cover from inside mine to make a little extra space, it's essentially fully waterproof without it. You should be able to bag one on the 'bay by Mk 1 eyeballing for the "brand" name.

And if you don't have a tank protector, an old towel between the bag and tank will serve you well whilst costing you nothing.
