when i switch ignition on no lights, electic start ect when i kick start the bike i have lights indicators and electric start, when i rev up the indicators lights etc go out, please help

Regulator duff, Replace it and probably the battery too.

Thanks for that i am an L plate warrior. Whats a regulator look like? I have a small flat thing with two contacts and one of them had broke off maybe if thats it I did not get a good contact when i repaired it.
