Can anyone make these for me?? in the Midlands

These are spacers for a centre stand and are not available at the moment. 5 week wait I need 2 of them please

they are just steel round bar, they are probably hardened but I can do that with a gas torch and a bucket of water/oil

dimensions are:

18mm o/d
10mm bore
26mm in length

I will happily pay, goats and cows are available also the wife's sister
