I've been with them six months and had no trouble. But then, I've never had to claim.

The only experiences reviewed with insurance companies are the bad ones, as Rogerborg said in some other thread I CBA to quote Thumbs Up

My missus had no problems with them when she claimed. I don't think you can say any insurance company is definitivly bad or good. (You can say they are all weasles and will wriggle their way out of paying if they can though Evil or Very Mad )

Had insurance with them on my 125 ped a few years back for 2 years. Never had a problen with them, although i paid upfront and didnt claim. Had terrible experience with bennetts on the other hand, £78 insurance policy, cancelled after three months, heard nothing until 2 months later stumped with 160 quid debt letter...currently with lexham on my ybr and they seem ok

MCE fucked me about as well.... the women fucking added road side recovery.. but forgot to tell me its only break down cover.. so when i crashed i couldn't move the dam thing. I had to wait untill some pizza delivery guy finished his shifted so i could use his bike chain to lock my wreck of a bike which at this point in time never had a petrol cap ...
