Right, put simply, you aren't training hard enough and you aren't eating enough.

I'll not go into much detail but...

20 minutes is nothing. Without knowing what kit you have, I can't help a great deal. Concentrate on a different body part each day, and nail it.

What do you eat? You need to be smashing back the carbs - more important than protein with the way you are and your goals.

What protein are you on? I'd bet it's straight whey - sack it off. You need a bulk gainer.

Your metabolism isn't making your life easier, but there's plenty you can work on.

Layman's terms - consume more, train harder.

look for a recomended workout online, make sure its made for natrual lifters as we progress better from doing alot less than the steroid guys, and eat eat and eat!!

I watched a documentary on bbc not long ago that looked at the science behind sports drinks, and the protein shakes etc...

it summed up that the protein shakes where basically misleading and to quote one of the scientist blokes "just an expensive way of getting abit of milk"

That program was a crock of shit.

Each manufactor off protein will provide a COA. Certificates Of Analysis. To prove what percentage is protein.

I have 3 shakes per day. One first thing soon as i wake up. One after training and one before bed. I aim for over 200grams per day.

If i could get all that from chicken,meat,eggs without shakes i would. But fact of the matter is i cant so i have shakes
