The next one won't be until 2018 and the previous one was in 1999...so it's something a little bit magical. Thumbs Up

I don't know if it's magical getting two full moons in a month, but last night's moon was the only good thing about yesterday.
It came out in it's full glory with a light scattering of cloud and a cracking light show as said cloud passed in front. Is it summer yet???

Bit of trivia for you:

Upon the discovery of Aflatoxins (a cancer causing compound produced by certain moulds). Loads of cheeses were tested to see if they contained the mould types capable of producing poisons, surprisingly, none did.

The researchers concluded that natural selection was the cause. Natural selection against the cheese makers, those with recipes/methodologies that promoted poison producing moulds died and took their recipes with them, those making safe cheese could pass the recipe on Laughing Thumbs Up .

Roquefort is the daddy. It's like distilled Stilton. Awesome stuff. Sometimes I spread brie on it by way of cheese hedonism.
