Just make sure you use the gram flour and make sure the batter is not too thick, otherwise the bhajis end up a bit stodgy!

That reminds me actually, must give full on wrath to temp canteen lady. I asked for chicken and mushroom pie yesterday. After the long walk back to the office, I sat down, got my napkins out, got my brew beside me, cracked out the pepper, pushed my knife in, lifted a piece of pie up to find...... it was, in fact, NOT chicken and mushroom...

...It was meat and potato I mean, what even is that? "Meat" and potatoe? MEAT? What meat?!
