Worth the money?

Cheers.

Considering the ZXR has become a "keeper" I have great (and pricey) plans for it.

When i grab another engine and get it rebuilt i'll start playing with stick coils Very Happy

I fitted Dyna coils to the Exup together with a host of other mods and I felt the differance.
But I would say that getting the chassis fully sorted would enable you to use any engine mods to your benefit. If you get the suspension dialled in then you would be able to use even standard power to its fullest.

There was an article about enhancing the ZXR400 in a 'Performance Bike' magazine a while back.I am sure that I could send you a copy of that article if you wanted it?

I already have the nitron 3-way on order (£600 Shocked )
I'll be getting a spare set of forks and passing them over to Maxton for some wizardry.

Then a spare engine will be bought, rebuilt and fitted.

Ill dyno the zxr and see what happens.

Poss move onto the dyna coils or stick coils depending on the outcome of the dyno setup.

id still opt for stick coils if not just for the fact they create alot more space under the tank by doing away with the ht leads and gubbins.

if your splashing the cash after the suspension id be looking at one of the big bore kits see if you can push the old girl towards the 90bhp mark, but whilst trying to maintain it in a decent road useable form.

fizzer thou id take a copy of the article if you could sort one out.

cheers
