Stupid bitch. I had someone do that to me on the bike at work, I filtered past about 7 or 8 cars at a 4-way junction with traffic, and came to a stop behind the car at the front. Car behind me objected to this, and as we got onto the junction (going straight on) he swerved left round me to get back infront, hitting the bike with his wing mirror as a result. Didn't really knock me off balance at all just massively pissed me off. It was instinct (your honour) to put my foot up to protect myself from the vehicle swerving towards me. (But why are there 3 boot-shaped dents in the door? )


I'd report it to the police, take the video down to the local cop shop and say she performed an illegal (and unnecessary) manoeuvre which was not only inconsiderate but dangerous and resulted in a collision, which she then failed to stop after. (I know it's not OPs video, just saying that if it was mine that's what I'd do)

Erm, the answer here is simple. Back off and follow them at a safe distance. Wait for them to leave the car and then do everything possible to make it undrivable. I'd start with 4 knifed tires and some smashed up lights, then see how creative i felt.
