Hi

Here are the documents you need to be Santa, we do not need to all ring up but the forms need to go back as soon as possible, apparently you can not just turn up.
Also santa suits are provided but you can make your own
so we could have dome BCF ones maybe - or maybe just BCF santa sacks Question I might be able to make them Smile

So get organised Wink

Hello

I looked at this and am a little sceptical. The figures they give don't add up shirley it won't cost £590,000 to organise and supply everything?

Am I being a skeptic. Bah humbug

Who are you calling Shirley? Laughing

But I agree with you the figures are slightly suspicious. Maybe Silverstone are charging a big wack to hire out the circuit, however the one of the points of charity stuff is to get the big corporations to donate facilities etc.

Mind you many 'charity' organisations are often just another form of big business these days.

Has anyone sent back the confirmation forms yet?

Is there anyone else doing this from here?

This topic was raised on the 100% biker site, it was well received to start with but after a while when money was taked about (£99 for registration and £30 ish going to the charity) it was decided that people who wanted to should send the money they were going to send to go directly to the charity.

Hey, got my test next week, confident I'll pass. Should have a bike ready for the event. I live in Manchester though and it is a 3 hour ride according to the AA. Is anyone heading to Rockingham from the North West? Maybe we could meet up. And is anyone planning on staying in the area over night?

Ok I've rang the record breakers people and they've sent me an e-mail about it all. It basically costs £20 to go. Anything you give on top of that through sponsorship or out of your pocket is extra (for charity I guess). Sounds like an excellent price for a day out. Let's get registered and get down there! They require the £20 2 weeks before the event so that's pretty much now. Anyone that registers, post on here just to say you have done so we can see who's going.
