125 and 250 share the same frame, headlight, bodywork etc.
Differences, one has a 250 engine, USD forks, and twin discs. the other has a 125 engine, RWU forks, and a single disc.
Summary; any screen for a 250 should fit straight on

I asked something similar a bit back for my lad.
Have a look at this thread.
Basically need a screen to fit 7" headlight.
Bandit was mentioned.

I'm minded to agree that a fly screen mounted on a headlight doesn't really do anything except send air up your helmet. You'll want something a lot taller for real wind protection. 1m x 50cm x 3mm perspex (or lexan), hacksaw, heat gun and some patience will make you a custom screen for a lot less than you'd pay retail.

Pretty much. Although there were differences with the clocks over the years - think one had a digital setup.
