Use a socket before it rounds all the way off.
If it's too late for that, file a new head onto it so you can get a spanner on it. i.e two flat bits either side
If it's totally gone, dremel time. cut the tip of the bleed nipple off, cut a flat slit into the bolthead that remains, then undo it like a flathead screw, possibly needing a tap with an impact driver to get it cracked off if it's been overtightened. ____________________ Please be aware that the above post may be full of complete nonsense.

If you have to remove the banjo bolt it may be a good excuse to fit braided lines if not already fitted to the bike.
Obviously more expense but an investment.
Please post if/how sorted  ____________________ ...and the whirlwind is in the thorn trees, it's hard for thee to kick against the pricks...
