As per usual I'll be there. Maybe even on a bike if I get the GSXR sorted in time (I think theres a recurring theme here...).

What day however I haven't decided.

I'd forgotten about that, was turned away last time for not being 25 and not having my licence for two years. Was a fail all round.

I'll definitely be going, I need some new boots. I araldited the sole back on the other day, if it lasts me to the show I'll be happy.

I went to Top Gear Live last year, completely oblivious to Motorcycle Live.
Although to be honest, I wasn't interested back then Embarassed

Might go see both on the same day this year

£40 for Top Gear

Thinking of going down but given the later time of year doubt we'll take the bikes. Also lad is over 16 now so adds to the cost. IIRC in the past they had a family ticket so 2 adults and 2 kids (U16s, even if you only took one) got in cheaper than paying individually.

Also the later time of year may affect the plans and also in the past in overlapped with Clothes Show Live so would have been good as the missus could meet up with her friends and family for that and the boys could do the motorcycle show.

So, tl;dr version, it's a maybe.

Thumbs Up

I'm not sure how i'm travelling.
If i want to get gear, then train.
If not, then bike.

I was also thinking of going by train as an alternative. Would be happy to ride down if a few others are up for it though

Me and my mate are going, going to book tickets on wednesday, not sure which days we're going though.

We all need nobcat badges to identify fellow BCF'ers. Laughing

Won't be test riding as I'm under 25, and so's the friend. Hopefully he'll have his DAS done in 2 weeks time. Smile

Worth the entrance fee for sure as it's a great day out.
It's justa damn shame it's held so late in the year - wanted to ride up last year but it was too damn cold.
Clothing was no cheaper than the usual online retailers but I did manage to get an exhaust for the bike at a very good price.

Probably, but the ticket prices do piss me off.

I can/will take my 8 year old to Silverstone for the BSB race and it costs me nothing. Motorcycle Live want either 6 or 8 quid to let him in!

Daylight robbery when the place is a bun fight of exhibitors and manufacturers paying a fortune to be there.

I'm northwest, there's a few of us going down but think we're probably going to end up driving down as it will give us more room to buy stuff!

If it changes I'll let you know
