zx6r can anybody help??? Please?

Hi first time using a forum of any sort.
I have a 2010 zx6r and only recently last 5/6 times i've rode it when i turn the key and the engine is warmed up to about 69-75/77 degrees C. When i rev it only to about 4/5000 from an idle of 1-1500 when it reaches 1500 it produces a wurr. I asked my local bike shop and they say the fuel injectors need to be cleaned. Can anyone help. will try and up load a video of it. Its due for its 7500 mile service in two days, air oil filter spark plugs could it be down to one of these? thankyou for reading this chris

I would not have expected the injectors to be needed to be cleaned quite so near its first registration.If anything you could run a tin of injector cleaner through the fuel tank but if the fuel filter is clogged this will need to be replaced.

A few years ago a friend bought himself a brand new Kwak GPZ1100.He ran it in carefully and treated it with the utmost care.Then the problems started within 1000 miles.He took it back to the shop and they swapped everything from the black box to the injector bank to the fuel pump and it still had a stutter just off tickover.In the end they replaced the fuel filter,an item that should have been replaced at the first service which was not done by the same shop.
