Forgive me, but how can we leave feedback about how close we thought your valuation was compared to what the actual value is when presumably, we would only use your site if we had no previous estimate?

Have you read the spam rules? Prepare for incoming.

As for feedback; why allow me to put Honda>VT>500EF then not able to select the year is was actually bloody made. Only goes back to 1995, that's almost a decade after they stopped making them.

Genuine feedback, as efes said, didn't allow me to put in the right year either, only 2005 plates Rolling Eyes

What are you planning to achieve with this site then?
I assume offer a free service and profit off the advertising?

Hmm.

Your valuation for my bike was about right, but that's only because i've crashed it twice and that doesn't come into it's calculations

Also, where is it getting the valuation from? Is that manually entered? If so that's a terrible system. If it fetched from live ebay adverts and biketrader to give you a rough idea of price without you having to search yourself for it it could be useful. But otherwise it's useless, everyone knows how much their bike is worth I expect.

Not spam, it's a service I have been working on to offer for free and seems I have got my prices way off.

Please post feedback with the bike and tell us how far out we are so we can make it better!

We don't have complete date yet as have manually inputted all of it, so if we are missing tell us and we will improve it.

So you don't make any money off the website? Not even referrals for the sales bit?

Apart from that, looks like you need to do a fair bit of work, and not just on the prices.

EDIT: Just a thought. Forgive me for being cynical, but you wouldn't be trying to use this forum as a tool to fix all your data before launching a paid for service would you?

Edited my post above.

also i'm sure someone shared something similar on here before
In fact, loads of things do it better, googling
https://webuyanybike.com/valuation?goingTo=chooseMakeAndModel

Although they ask for more details which makes sense as there's more variables, and they probably want details for you to have the result, then they'll call you and spam your emails and sell your details onto some shitty company

I'll be getting CLAIM NOW texts in no time Mr. Green

Even though it is blatantly SPAM I thought I'd give it a try for lolz.

Doesn't even work, for either of my bikes.

Therefore, FAIL! Spam

Ah, but you do have to give them a pile of personal info. So if this guy is legit, then it would be useful, and better than them.

Yeah, I just edited my post after going through it a bit. Razz
Has more variables though which is a good thing, more accurate results.
