One Really bad month

well guys, i'm glad this month is nearly over. it's been the worst month in ... well years...

First...
My brand new (well rebuilt) Honda CB400N get totalled, with me on (car pulled out turning right n i went into side while overtaking. hard to explain;). then after being in hospital for 3 hours having 4 xrays, fainting when walking out of the hospital. i goto the docters a week later, and find out i have nerve damage in my leg.

After i can walk again (after having a badly sprained ankle, swollen leg, sprained knee, 2 sprained wrists, and a swollen shoulder). i get my good old bicycle out, and cycle to work. on the way back, the crank bends and the pedals go wonky.

THEN. i give up on the push bike n get another week of work n college. and decide to go out on my stepdads Honda CB650 grey import. this was fine for 2-3 days. then when i finish the 2nd worst day of the year (first being my accident, this day being, bad from the start) i start up this beast of a CB650, and guess what happens... yup u guessed it... the throttle cable breaks:@. the bikes sat there, can't rev, just ticks over.

so now i walk home, get about 2 miles from my house and it starts terential rain

the next day i take my gear n goto pick up this CB650, and on the long and Dreadfully slow (10mph) journey home (riding the bike in 2nd gear on tick over, VERY amusing to see). i get home and between the 4 linked carbs, the throttle cable sits... i still hacen't been bothered to change this as it's an official pain in the butt.

so i now have no transport, no bikes, can hardly walk.. i hate october

Just wondering, have any of you guys had months / days like these?

Unlucky. Seems that everything that could go wrong, did. I get days like that too. But not quite on the same scale as you.

only slightly, cos i had 2-3 weeks of college, i'm now 2-3 weeks behind and have 1 week to do 200+ pages of coursework , but gunna hopefully get the insurance money back soon, and get me a VFR400 (found one for £1500) or a zzr600 (found one for £950)
