I often have a double take when I read some of the PC nonsense in the UK papers.
However this, little gem, popped up in the local rag over here:-
No Great Surprise
He’s, apparently, an Archbishop, so much for the milk of human kindness.
It is, however, a mere trifle in a litany of appalling behaviour by the church over here.
Bunch of greedy, money grabbing, racist, tw@s, to a man.
Wonder how long he'd last in the UK?

The church of Pergamos was founded by Nicolaitanes - Nicolaitanism), and was a Christian heresy first mentioned (twice) in the Book of Revelation of the New Testament.

Kradmelder might really enjoy watching 'love thy neigbhour' and the other shows with Alf Garnett in em.it would give him a cultural and social insight into what makes Britain a truley multicultural paradise,and what happens when you put lefty atheistic social workers and teachers into goverment.Perhaps Reiki massage can eliminate racism,unfortunatly half the poulation can't afford Reiki.
When it comes to religous harmony churches are in a sticky position,one minute having a go at gay marraiges,the next critising mans inhumanity to man.The next minute,standing by doing lip service at funerals for soldiers killed in illegal wars while slagging off Burma for not liking christians.
If you do 'god' then you'll find it far more in the everyday world around us than in a dank dead church.Don't get confused by the 'antique shop' nature of religion,where we are quite prepared to pay a lot for somthing thats old,crappy,well worn and practically useless in our day to day lives..because its OLD.
