Just passed my test

I passed my mod 2 on Monday. It has been quite a journey. Did my DAS course in the pouring rain every day, mod 1 test in the pouring rain (failed) redid mod 1 in the pouring rain (despite bike failure and speed measuring device failure during test) passed. Had to wait 5 weeks to get a mod 2 test date and passed with only 1 minor.

I have had a Speed Triple sitting in the garage for 2 months, taxed, MOTed and insured. Have been out a few times and I love it, just a great bike.

How did you insure the triple? I have an Intruder sat in the garage the last two weeks after failing mod2, rear obs only, I did them, just weren't obvious enough. Anyway, didn't think I could get road insurance not having passed the test. Tried to put it on the house insurance as a nameditem, tried to insure it for fire and theft only, no joy. Just wondered.
