It was late 90s and she was trying to reinvent herself as a jazz singer, she had also decided she preferred being called Deborah. She was playing Ronnie Scotts franchised club on Broad St Birmingham and being a pain in the A to the management. I was well known on the scene and dropped in a day off, I was given £50 and told to get her out of their hair for the afternoon. Dinner was ok, I told her how I had wanked myself stupid over her in the 70s.
IMHO she had not aged well.
