I recently done my cbt and got on the road on my derbi senda drd pro 50 sm It's on an 07 plate ... It rode fine for about 400 miles and then suddenly I couldn't change gear above 4th , after pissing about changing up and down to get past 4 th it went back to normal . Then 10 miles down the line it wouldn't change into 6th but after a few miles it started working again .. Now the gears are incredibly stiff as if there is no oil in the gearbox Even though I just changed the oil and checked for leaks ... The gears only seem to work properly sometimes .. I'm not sure what needs fixing/ replacing .. I've got the engine out the bike and I am about to do a full strip down but I am not sure what I should be looking for , any suggestions on what the problem could be ? Thanks in advance

For next time buddy put your problems in the workshop thread, more people will answer it quicker as some people only look in certain sub forums Thumbs Up

I personally as a start would be looking for metal filings, damaged cog's etc...
