O bought a bike with a job lot of goodies with it recently, including some oxford textile heated grips. How do these rate compared to one piece heated grips. These sort of wrap around, but seem to have a lot of wires to have to hide away as well.

Are they worth it?

They do give out a fair bit of warmf but not the tidiest of kit.

And you will have to unwrap them and not leave on the bike coz some perp will have them off.

Wear insulated gloves and they work a treat.

I have come to the conclusion that anything made by oxford is a pile of poo on account of anything I have bought that was made by them with one exception being either useless or having failed almost immediately.

The exception was a set of "Lifetime" panniers on which the zip failed within three years. The zip isn't covered by the lifetime garauntee.

I agree with this post.

Oxford is the Mandarin word for Suckered.

Thank you! When I got them out, and saw the amount of wires and connections it all seemed a bit messy, and easy to damage. I shall leave them in the packet and stick them on ebay

Thank you.
