Just got home from collecting my new bike. Had to ride through central London and then on the A2 in the pissing rain. Biggest bike i've ever been on and first time doing any distance on the motorway(major A road).

Big bikes rock, but think I'm gonna miss my little cbf, it has so much character and is also more comfy

Nicely. Thumbs Up

*You'll adopt to the new position. It's not like you've got a Bimota superbike. Smile

*Or you'll have wrist, neck and back ache.

Could be a number of things.
You could simply be unfit. Daft as it sounds it does help matters if you have muscles..even under flab.Very Happy
Maybe you're trying to ride it with straight(ish) arms..kind of holding yourself up using the bars.
Or..you're riding tense. You tell yourself to relax yet 10mins later the ache is there.

From what I see, most *sportsbike riders, also a goodly amount of commuter type bikes are ridden using poor body positioning.

*Admittedly through town, but have seen some bizarre riding styles on the open roads.

It was the first ride, a first of many things actually, sure i'll relax into it after a bit more time on the bike

It should be like this (without the fullstop at the end)

[img]https://s1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag30/sheriffjonny/?action=view¤t=20121009_114623_zpsc68542a0.jpg#!oZZ1QQcurrentZZhttps://s1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag30/sheriffjonny/?action=view¤t=20121009_114545_zps4dde1e38.jpg[/img.]

Your's has the img code in the wrong places, multiple times
... but it still doesn't seem to work Neutral

<Adenoids>Actually, yellow bikes are the only colour that's more likely to be involved in a crash</Adenoids>.

Want, by the way, that looks well tidy. Thumbs Up

I had them replaced with auxiliary bile glands.

Actually, I lie misrecollected. The MAIDs study found that white bikes were the only ones significantly over-represented in accidents.

Yellow is fine, blue is safest. Also, best. Wink
