Been reading this forum for the past month and decided to pop up and say hello, I am a 40 year old woman who has decided to take up biking after being a pillion on the boyfriends honda 600 cbr. I past my cbt last year and rode my Suzuki van van (loved that bike just a shame i couldn't get more than 55 out of him, yes vinnie was his name)up until a few months ago when I decided I wanted a ducati monster, so traded vinnie in got the monster and started my big bike lessons. Had a 3 hour lesson on a Suzuki 500, went in for mod 1 and passed first time then had another 2 hour lesson, went in for my mod 2 on Tuesday and also passed first time so I am one happy bunny, I am not the most confident of people but I must be doing something right:) now just got to get used to the bike, and have some fun:)

Went for our first ride out today, apart from a young lad pulling out in front of the OH, a car full of young louts overtaking OH and giving him the birdy, low sun and a tad on the chilly side it went well.... For me:)
