They're an itallian made power commander basicly. The dials adjust the fuel mix on some & others have a usb port & are computer mapped.

I think one adjusted the fuelling curve and the other one did the mix. However dont hold me to that!
Best bet is hop on ebay.it & google translate the manufacturers website 
It had occured to me that one of the USB mappable ones on the YBR with a tiny turbo could make for huge lulz....
