Test this Saturday morning. Have posted before with regard to this subject. Amongst others, have been Teflon'ed, Scaredycatt'ed, Psychodame'd, Fem'ed and even Roger'ed..

..so I won't be offended if you all give up on me. Have been practising and taking everyone's advice and AM STILL CRAP.

Everyone I know who has done the test (including myself) found it far far easier than any of the practice tests they tried. Your greatest threat cock up wise is nerves so just relax and try not to treat it as a be all and end all because it really really isn't. Worst case scenario is cock up and do it again

Double click. The hazard perception does not really take into account reaction times. The scoring system is for cars it seems and its well known that bikers tend to see things that little bit faster.

Basically click when you see the hazard and then give it half a second or so then click again.

Remember, just because there is only one hazard in each clip (I know, one has 2 hazards) this does not mean you look for one hazard only. Anything you PERCIEVE to be a hazard can be clicked even if its not the DSA hazard.

i failed several practices on the hazard perception lastnight in work which had me worried, but i've just come home from passing the real one with 66/75.

keep ya head up and keep at it. soon as you see something, click. when you see it get worse, click again. and when it's properly in your way, click again.

the explanation on the video at the test centre is FAR better than any other i've seen or heard. explains hazards, and how you should click when they develop etc... even has a video with the hazards all circled etc and tells you exactly when you should be clicking.

you'll be fine as long as you don't panic
