Pan-fried scallops, pea and king prawn tortellini, sauvignon and pea foam starter. Followed by Pan-fried Ribeye steak, balsamic vine tomatoes, field mushroom, peppercorn sauce, rocket and Parmesan salad.

Taking Miss Cungle out as it is her birthday. To a place that has the menu online, so she doesn't have to arse about for half a fucking hour trying to decide what to order while I sit there for 29 fucking minutes getting more and more hungry and annoyed. Smile

Correct, covcunt for dinner is not recommended, muff diving anywhere else, would be better, cleaner, and safer. Thumbs Up

i've no idea. I'm heading to the 3pm meltdown time and i've already done several trips to the fridge to stand there gazing hopelessly into it. So far no joy with the usual equation

not much in the way of provisions + rubbish culinary skills + being disorganised = decent tea. . . . . . .somehow Confused

Very Happy

perhaps you too should do liver and bacon for dinner. its a surprisingly cheap meal,

liver = £52p for a 500gram pack of sliced pork liver, 80p for tesco cooking bacon, £1 for a bag of sausages, £1 for some potatoes (or instant mash if your lazy and can stomach that crap) 17p for onions

slice up some sausages into 5mm slices, chop up an onion or half an onion depending on how much you like, add to pan and half cook sausage slices and bacon add the liver, add the gravey and allow to finish cooking. either do the mash before this or during if its instant.

slap a large dolop of mash on a plate, dump the bacon and liver on top.

all done.

if you use instant mash, its a 10 minute meal including prep time if you use pre-sliced liver.

i brought 2 packs of liver, 2 packs of bacon and a onion for £2.50 and will do 2 or 3 sittings for 2 people lol.

if you do a large amount like im going to, freeze the rest down an easy and even faster meal next time. defrost, reheat and eat.

oh and as an alternative, you can half cook some cubed potatoes and finish cooking them in the pan with the sausage slices and bacon.

I made spicy brown rice and beans the other night with some chicken and bacon that was in the fridge and needed eating. There was loads left so we froze the leftovers. Tonights meal will be that, reheated, with extra grilled chicken on the side. And I'll have a handful of pickled jalapenos for extra metabolism too...

Tonight I will be eating a large donner kebab with chilli sauce, salad and a side of coleslaw. Because I'm on call tonight adn Mrs stinkwheel is working away so can't complain about the smell.

For last night I did homemade chicken Broth with a crusty roll and five bean chilli on oven roast summer squash with cream cheese.

The night before I did stir fired wild goose strips in a plum and sloe gin sweet and sour sauce.
