I sent for some parts for my bike months ago that haven't come. Aust post says they haven't entered the country so have to be traced from sender in Hong Kong, but they refuse to trace as it cost them. They also refuse a refund as I didn't send back the parts I never received. they know I haven't received as it had to be signed for and it hasn't after a few months reached Australia just wanted to warn others about this site as a friend of mine also didn't get his parts. He just gave up and bought elsewhere as I have done but if he had warned me or others I would not have lost my money. Hopefully this will save someone else from wasting time and money at this site.

Your contract is with them, not the courier. In any civilised jurisdiction, it would be entirely their responsibility to ensure delivery.

Your credit/debit card provider may offer a 'chargeback' facility (i know VISA does). Talk to the bank that owns the card you paid for the goods on, and they may be able to sort this out and get you your money back for goods paid for but not received.

This isn't to be confused with section 75 of the consumer credit act (i.e. the 'spend over £100 on a credit card' protection), this is a scheme by the card provder that may provide for precisely the sort of smaller transaction that you've had.

ok I will try contacting my mastercard. Thanks I still wish someone had warned me before instead of telling me they had a problem with that site after I had ordered. It wasnt as much the money that was only a few hundred. It was the fact that I got ripped off and I waited 2 months for parts that didnt come when I could have gone to town (which I did eventually ) and the bike would have been going a lot sooner

You've made three posts, how is anyone supposed to warn you not to buy something from somewhere?

Post your credit card number and pin and we'll try to help.

I meant my friends who i see at least once a week who have since told me that they have had the same problem with the same site. but the did not say that they had been ripped off till after I told them I had. I was not complaining about those on the forum just trying to warn them too.

I have purchased two sets of 'Spazzo' levers from this guy on eBay and not had any problems so far. There is an element of risk in purchasing anything from the far east so the best thing you can do is protect yourself with the method of payment you choose.

Personally, I use Paypal and have just placed a third order recently direct from his website. If things go pear I can open a dispute with Paypal and 99 times out of a hundred they will award in the buyers favour.

Keep us posted on the 'Chargeback' with your credit card company.
