I'm looking for a set of hand guards for my CRF250L. More for keeping the winter wind chill off my hands on my commute to work each day so vented ones are probably not the way to go. There's thousands to pick on Ebay so any recommendation around £30?

Thanks

They aren't that great for that - go for muffs if you want decent weather protection.
Though, cheap muffs around hand guards does work ok (you need to pay a bit more for decent muffs if you don't have the hand guards to hold them out, but the decent ones will keep your hands warmer.)

As said above decent muffs are the only thing that will keep your hands warm, unless you go for the heated grips.

As a cheap alternative you could be inspired by the economy version

Looking for guards to fit 125 Varadero.
It has heated grips but these have the age old problem of not keeping the back of hands (and thumb) warm.
So need to add guards to keep cold wind off hands.

In another thread I saw mention of Venom guards (found eBay here).
Will these work/fit?

I have "PowerMadd" hand guards on the ER-5, they don't have vents in.

They .. help a little I guess.... but not much, got in last night and my fingers were about as blue as the bike!
