Just a heads up , Matalan are selling thermal stuff , under trousers 4 quid long sleeved top 4 quid , and I think they did a full one piece undersuit .

Also they are doing thermal socks , but even better than that they are doing some socks called heat trappers rated at 2.8 tog and these I would highly recommend ! I got a pair of long ones that go up to my knees !

If anyone's getting chilly feet these bad boys are amazing ! Best thing I've ever purchased as I only have summer boots !

J&S are also selling some buffalo Artic winter gloves for £19.99 these are pretty good for the price but I'd get the next size up as they come a bit short on the wrist

D anyone on a budget I highly recommend the stuff from Matalan

No, not anymore.
Matalan also sell online, but none of their thermals are £4 on the webby. Must be instore only.

Go Outdoors do thermals for a fiver too, if you've got the discount card anyway, also do those thermal socks hedgehugger was referring to, think they are a fiver a pair but my god they are incredible.
