Just went this morning to Swindon, queded outside for half an hour but some real bargains - some not.

Picked up a Frank Thomas XTi II suit for £150, gloves for £20, Box helmet for £25.

Wow they lasted a long time!
Tight gits couldn't even refund me for my broken disc lock I bought less than two months ago from them. Excellent customer service...

Went to their Bolton shop today.

The biggest bike shop I've been so far... Great selection of jackets and helmets. Nothing worthwhile in terms of gloves.

Sale started from £10 for jackets (!!), but a quick look confirmed the suspicion... Most if not all of the gear on sale is sizes they have not been able to sell for ages simply because it's too damn small for bikers!! Laughing

True.

Looking throught the one piece leathers most were midget/racing snake sizes 40 and below, only one in a size UK46 to fit me. Luckily in plain black.

I did phone on the Friday and ask what they had, then qued outside the door from 8.30, then ran to the back of the shop where the suits are...

Anyone got any idea on FT sizing for women? They've got a couple of jackets but as mentioned above they are in odd sizes.

Do they generally come up small? My leather jacket is a size 46 but I normally wear a 40/42 in shirts/jackets etc, if FT is the same then a 14 would probably fit my normally 10/12 misses.

All the FT stuff I've bought have been ok for sizes. I'm generally a 12 and size 12 FT trousers fit me fine. I usually need a larger size jacket, but the 14 was too roomy and the 12, again, fitted fine.
