Yesterdays sandwich was smoked salmon, cucumber, cress, edam cheese & lettuce, with lots of butter, in a cheese-topped roll. Was fantastic.

Today's will shortly be made and it'll be wafer fin honey roasted ham & cress with lettuce, probably add in some branston. Do like my sandwiches.
