Thought the NR's had side mount rads and an aluminium perimeter frame? That looks more like a 'home built' special and I can't see Honda releasing that engine to a specials builder.

Early ones did. I got "History of the Honda V4" for Christmas, I'll double check it when I get home from work.

From Wiki:
He usually raced with number 10 and with the initial JL on his helmet, a tribute to his early sponsor and mechanic, Jim Lee.
