Parcels...

Good to know that dpd have brought a little bit of the feeling of the UK to Luxembourg. Expecting a couple of parcels and had an attempted delivery today, after eventually managing to work my way through their site I find that the two slips left on my doormat are not for each parcel, instead they are for one parcel which they claim to have attempted to deliver yesterday and today.

Odd that I didn't get the tickets until today, and that they're stuck neatly together...

I've had two problems with DPD lately. One where he drove straight by my house, with me standing outside and delivered my parcel down the road.
I rang Amazon and they told me it was delivered at a number down the road so I collected. The driver didn't even make an effort to look for my house, I actually know the driver which is more annoying.

Second one was my housemate he ordered again from Amazon and was delivered by DPD. We got home to find a slip on the mat saying it was left next door but the neighbour didn't have it. He rang Amazon and they chased it, mailed my housemate a letter with the details of the driver and they fed it back to DPD.
It was the same driver as last time, so a complaint was made to DPD. Two days later his parcel turns up, stuffed in the letter box and not in the wrapper or the box from Amazon. The driver is gash.

only trouble we have is unless you pay extra you get an unbooked delivery

the driver has so many booked deliverys on he delivers to our company at 5:45pm

not too bad but we go home at 5:30pm

Had a parcel arrive via DPD today, no problem and inside the 1hr time slot given.

Not as bad as Yodel.

Paid £70 for several packages to be collected on the same day (was breaking a car and selling for parts) and for nearly a week they didn't come.

Got a refund from Interparcel almost immediately of asking, but last I heard Interparcel still hadn't had the refund from Yodel even after 2 weeks.
