So... I had a spill on my bike, and i then put her back on the road as cheap as possible, but on my journey I learnt allot about the bike and have slowly fallen in love with her ( she was just a work horse to me after my last few bikes ( honda nsr's ) died or got stolen . I will post a full story of my build when i come over this last hurdle. Here goes

please see the picture for reference that i will call upon.

I want a bracket made to fit around the frame, I will need 4 brackets to hold the new seat up firmly , and from these brackets i will need 4 struts going up to the underseat plate and then i need a underseat plate fabricating.

I have all the dimensions needed to make the part but I dont have the tools or the know how to make the unit.

where do I go from here? who do I contact. I can design it but not make it.

Many thanks guys and gals your help will be appreciated Smile

Ross

Good time to learn to weld Smile.

May cost a little more in the short term, but save you money in the long term.

Cut the bits yourself .....grab some 1" box section and a bit of sheet steel from your local steel dealer!
