I have been rooting around the 'net for advice and examples of fitting an HID conversion fit to my 97 CBR600F3 and someone mentioned that whilst they had the fairings off, they changed the bulbs in the instrument cluster to LEDs.

Had anyone done this?

The lights on my cluster are a little dim and dated looking, would like them to be a bit crisper.

Anyone point me in the right direction for guides etc?

I did a search on here but nothing really came up.

Quite a lot of yanks, but generally good How to's that are cbr specific.

Cheers for this. Loads of useful how-to's in there, but unfortunately, not one for replacing the bulbs in the f3. They do have the f4 but those have LEDs to begin with.

I have done a bit of research this afternoon and the part number for the OEM bulbs is 34908-km1-671.

Now I am struggling to find any LED that would replace this bulb.

I am a complete novice with things like this so my apologies.

If anyone with a bit more knowledge of bulbs etc could lend me a hand it would be appreciated.
