Fucked up for no real apparent reason .. Miss judged the mini round about, nearly hit central reservation, managed to avoid that then clipped the kerb and off I went, sparks flying as the engine bars were scraping down the road.


Just bloody cleaned the thing last night too, roads are fucking filthy around here

Bent my handle bars a bit, but that will be easy enough to straighten... more damage to the road and pavement than the bike... Thank fuck nobody was around to see me (apart from one of my class mates)..

Sprayed bars with some "Auto Spray" ..... May just redo the whole engine bars so it fits in better... as it stands out a fair bit since its a gloss paint rather than matte

You need some kevlar jeans if you can't be bothered changing all the time. The kevlar adds a bit more warmth and wind resistance compared to normal jeans as well.

Always hated engine bars, this thread shows why they are awesome though. Cant imagine the cost of that spill if you didnt have them.
