It's down at the moment, but https://www.wemoto.com will have the right one for cheapo.

Also could anyone tell me if it's actually worth upgrading to xenon or not?

Halogens are ok, I've just replaced standards with halogens, same bulb as you're after and they were £6 each.
Two things to look for as there are different lengths available, is there enough room between bulb base and lens, cheap lightweight reflectors will melt so it does depend what you're fitting it to.

When any of my bulbs have popped in the past I just popped in to the dealers on the way home from college and picked one up for about 50p. Worth trying that?

Ba20d will be the bulbs for that I believe? Could go for some 35/35w halogens but car drivers seem to hate them and spend their lives flashing you.
