Bike: 1990 Honda CG125

Helmet lock appears to be seized, can't unlock it. Anybody able to suggest anything for freeing off the lock?

Take it apart and lube it. 10 min job. 20 if you dont know how. I did a write up on the kawasaki forum

get a load of penetrating fluid (3in1) in it, give it a few mins and try working the key again.. rinse and repeat and it should loosen up.

or as said above, if you can dismantle it, it's probably the easiest thing to do.. make sure its all lubed up. before reassembly.

Do as above then:
I use that White Grease in a spray can out of Halfrauds for my locks. Use the straw to scoot some grease into the lock. Once or twice a month or so will help keep salt and shit out.
