nice
so this car you can drive on a ped license must be restricted to 31 miles an hour then?
how is that practical, surely they could have done a 125 version and got more out of it?

Haha I literally have no idea.. didn't stand about to look at it to be honest!
It must be restricted to like 28mph or whatever haha.
If it was a 125 version you'd have to be 17..
I imagine it's main selling point it 16 year old's can drive it!

I got confused earlier in the year thinking it was legal to drive an aixam over here at 16 on a provisional as it is legal in the rest of the EU. I'm guessing with all the changing laws this is one that the UK is bringing in also. Same as being able to drive/ride a trike on the current A licence after 19th January. Reliant Robins will be seen once again I bet . I know the aixams will be shit but I might look into getting one for winter as I've had previous insurance quotes for £500 for them compared to £3000-4000 for 1 litre cars!
Show looked good, I was meant to go but didn't have the funds to get there ____________________ Bandit 600 - deaded |

I was there today too.
First time for me, great stuff, lots to see.
Got there 10:30am and all test ride slots were fully booked , so going again next weekend to camp outside
Of the dozens of bikes I sat on, the comfiest one was the Diversion F. It felt even better than my ER6, at least sitting on it! Wondering now if I made the right choice ____________________ First bike: CBF125, Feb. - Oct. 2012

Me and my mate got there at about 9:30 on saturday, and there was still a fair old queue when we arrived!
If you want to get to the test ride stand quickly, queue up at the entrance to hall 4, go into the hall and turn right, and keep going right to the end. It's down the end with the "get on" area.
At about 17:30 just before me and my mate left, we had cal crutchlow standing about 2ft away. It caught me so off guard that by the time I thought to dig for my camera, he had already started to walk off. Looked like he was going home, so didnt want to chase after him.
That reminds me, it's 3 for 2 of MotoGP and WSB tickets @ silverstone, at the Silverstone stand. I'm going next year
The Ramp'd up show was rather good. Not sure about times during the week, but on saturday there were showings at 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00. Makes sure you get in there early! We went through at 13:45, and all the seats were taken, so had to stand for 40 minutes. On the plus side, we were standing right on the barrier at the front, whilst all the other sheep continued to look for seats.
Lots of totty about the place. There was a very pretty redhead at the silverstone stand. Didn't have the balls to (try) chat her up though.
Queues for food were pretty bad, best time to get food would seem to be around the same time as the ramp'd up show, as everyone piles in there. The southernfriend chicken burger and wedges was nice, the beef burgers looked naaasty. ____________________

There was a lady wearing some incredibly tight leather trousers, think it was either the Harley or Victory stand. ____________________
