I know a bodge for this....but it damages the kickstart shaft too so only use it if you knackered the splines on that.
Buy two 4mm drill bits.
Loosen off the pinch bolt.
Drill both drillbits halfway into the gap between the kickstart clamp and the shaft, making sure you drill into both parts. Leave them in there.
Tighten pinch bolt.
Snap off drillbits flush with the edge.

More parts have fallen off that bike than you've managed to put on at the moment its a race of how much money you can spend on it before the engine falls out while you're riding it.... |
