Could an examiner cancel your test if your bike has a squashed/ dented exhaust & missing belly fairing?

Could this be grounds to question its road worthiness Confused

Would it pass an MOT like that?

If you think yes, then I can't see why he could claim it wasn't roadworthy, providing the exhaust doesn't have any sharp edges or anything like that!

My MOD 1 was cancelled as I was sharing a school bike with a girl as hers wasn't starting on the morning off the tests. She binned it on the emergency stop, slide along the floor for a bit and dented the bike up, i think either the brake or clutch lever was hanging off.
For a minute I was going to be doing it on my instructors brand new divvy until it turned out I wasn't insured. Was my instructor that pulled my test though, not the examiner.
