Anyone know any companies who would offer temp insurance?
I need to ride my mates yamaha yzf r125cc for around an hour.

Think you'll struggle to find one to do it for less than a day, and you'll also have problems if under 25 and on a CBT.

Best you can hope for is normal cover then cancel and take the hit on admin fees and no of days on cover calculated normally at premium divided by 365 (or some figure near that.)

You'r existing bike insurance probably covers third party for you to ride a bike NOT owned by you. (If you have a policy.)

There are NO companies who will offer short term policies now. I think the last broker stopped doing it last year.

Your current provider may add it to your policy for a small fee.

Probably doesn't.

My 125cc policy covered me to ride other bikes if my cc was over 399cc. Obviously being a 125cc bike, it wasn't. So despite me having it on my policy, I still wasn't allowed to ride other bikes.
