zxr 750 h1 stage 1 dynojet revs hanging

So zxr stage 1 dynojet is fully set up and working brilliantly except for an issue with the revs not dropping fast enough.

Revs up fine goes fine but it seems to hang and drop slowly once its fully warmed up anyone able to help?

running stage 1 dynojet with standard hi-flo filter which seems to run better than the other 2 ive tried, no air leaks that i can find.

That hi-flo filter is shit.

revs hanging = leaky carb rubbers

revs hanging is a lean mixture, does it do it just when you rev the bike with no load?

try backing the idle mixture screws out by 1/4 turn

Does it all the time, when its on the stand and i rev it it goes up but drops slower than normal but only just noticeable, when i ride it and its up to temp i can be doing 70 at around 4k rpm hold the clutch and itll hang at 4k for about 3 seconds then slowly drop down taking another 2-3 seconds to reach 2krpm
