Hypothetically speaking, say someone has a neighbour with a dog that just constantly yaps when it's let out early in the morning, and night.

I think theres some kind of law against the ultrasonic ones or their use? I used to work in the pet trade, and something happened and we could no longer sell them? Cant remember though.
My neighbor had one to scare cats away, i could hear it day and night. On about the 4th day i threw it into his pond. It stopped working Laughing

might have opposite affect on a dog. i thought those things were for cats really. if my dogs hear something random and high pitched like that they'd get more excited if anything
