Take 5 minutes if you use fresh pasta, 10-12 minutes if not, boils the pasta drain it the stir the rest in.

Golden Arches..!

Seriously though, gourmet beans on toast. This is where you use properly fat bread and stir the cheese into the beans before heating them. If you have the time, bacon it up!

Limit the amount you eat this though..paaarp!!

Pasta, a jar of red pesto sauce, some baby toms chopped in half, cheese and tuna. Cook pasta, mix in pesto with the tuna and toms and half the cheese, put in a dish, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and cook until the cheese melts.

OR,

Jacket potato, stab it with a fork a bunch of times and microwave for 5 mins or until squidgy enough. Apply ham, beans, cheese, coleslaw or whatevs.

For camping and if you are doing soups, (I haven't done this yet) but create your own, then you could have like a mini meal on each day.

Thumbs Up +1

Reading that made me realise that I hadn't had one for so long I can't remember.

Just nipped into the kitchen, cracked two eggs open, added some cream, salt, pepper, fried same in some butter, sprinkled on some strong grated cheese, folded in half to melt it.

Best thing ever and took less than 10 minutes.

Just hope it stays down, as it's the first thing I've eaten today since waking up this morning with a bad case of vomiting Praying

Ground Control to BikerTomm, move away from the packets, say NO to all those unatural ingredients. Here's mine....

Crumble a small tin of corned beef into a tin of beans, heat, add grated cheese. Serve on thick BUTTERED (no marge thank you) and garnish with a dribble of HP sauce. Heaven.

PS If its a special occasion top off with a soft poached egg Dance!

Yours, Nigella
