I have a Furygan leather jacket which is nice and snug, and fits perfectly, but it's a tiny bit short at the bottom. I've tried hanging weights on the bottom of it for a week but it hasn't stretched at all. I only need about 1-2cm more at the bottom. Is there any way to achieve this? Maybe leather softener?

Not really.
It would be a better plan to wear trousers that come up higher.
Have you tried walking funny a bit like a gorilla?

Use the traditional method of soaking it in a bucket of strong urine over night and then stretching it with weights.

Most helpful and unbelievable advice ever. Thumbs Up

What I'd do is soak it in warm water, about 40 degrees, just above body temperature. This will wash out some of the dye, and it will weaken both the leather and the stitching, so you'll need to dose the hell out of it with oil based leather feed to ameliorate that. Also, don't do that, you muppet, get a jacket that fits.
